Young Thug is currently incarcerated, awaiting trial, after being taken into custody in May alongside 27 other YSL associates, including Gunna, who has since been freed. The group faced RICO charges.
Frequent collaborator and producer Metro Boomin gave fans an update on Young Thug's status, saying, "Spoke to [spider emoji] today, and just know that when he's back, the whole [earth emoji] will feel it [bicep flex emoji]."
